Julie A. Marvin-Manders, OD Dr. Julie Marvin-Manders grew up near Adrian, and after graduating from Adrian High School, continued her education at Ferris State University. She graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1988. After practicing in various opthalmological and optometric settings in Lansing, Jackson and Adrian, Dr. Manders settled in Manchester, where she has been in solo private practice since 1992. Dr. Manders lives
in Manchester with her husband and their two daughters.
Dr. Manders is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association (MOA). She has served as chairperson for the MOA Awards Committee for many years and currently serves on the MOA State Convention Committee.
She is a founding member and past President of the Manchester Community School Foundation and is an active member of the Manchester Middle School PTSA. She is also involved in the Manchester Lion's Club. When she is not busy shuffling her daughters between activities, Dr. Manders enjoys traveling and playing golf and volleyball.

Kathleen Gould
Kathy has been a loyal presence in our practice for more than 15 years. She possesses a vast knowledge of procedures that help to maintain an efficiently run office, and also does most of the order entry for the practice.
Kathy and her husband are lifelong residents of Manchester where they have raised three children, now grown. They also have three grandchildren.

Marsha Chartrand
As you walk through the door of Manchester Eye Care Center, you will see Marsha's face welcoming you at the reception desk. Marsha brings a broad knowledge of the Manchester community to the practice.
Marsha and her husband have lived in Manchester for more than 30 ye
ars and raised their four children here. They now enjoy watching their two grandchildren grow up in the same community.

Kay Snow Kay is no stranger to the optical field, as she was an optician for many years before pursuing other career options. Now a resident of Onsted, Kay has two daughters, Jill and Nicki, and enjoys a wide variety of outdoor pursuits.
As our staff optician, Kay is always happy to help you find the perfect pair of frames to suit your personal style, as well as fitting you with high quality lens options. Her assistance will help you look--and see--your best!

Lindsay Barnard
Lindsay works in our insurance claims and billing department and is a recent graduate of the Eye Care Prof
essional program provided by Essilor Laboratories. She enjoys the new skills she's learning about the optical field every day. Before coming to Manchester Eye Care, Lindsay was a specialist for a local police department for 10 years.
Lindsay grew up in Ypsilanti Township and studied graphic design at Washtenaw Community College. She and her husband, a Manchester native, are the proud parents of a young daughter named Samantha.
